Rapha Home Care Providers, LLC is a home care provider agency. We are solely dedicated to providing comprehensive, personalized, and compassionate non-medical daily supportive and companion care services in the comfort of the home of our diverse treasured clients, including the elderly; individuals with disabilities, both young & adults; and people recovering from illnesses throughout various communities in California. We uphold a commitment to self-direction, which prioritizes clients’ and their families’ choice, control, flexibility, and independence.

This is a family-owned agency inspired by founders’ long-standing Christian values, education and training, professional experience, and deep passion in the areas of healthcare, people with special needs, social services, nursing, and pharmacy focused on serving and helping diverse and vulnerable populations. As a result, we have decided to dedicate ourselves to assisting the elderly, individuals with disabilities, both young and adults, and those recovering from illnesses, with comprehensive and personalized home care and companion care services that would allow them to live independently in their communities as long as possible with dignity and respect.
Our Founders:
Kojo Sekyi-Appiah, MPA, MPH, Certified RCFE Administrator
Kojo is the Administrator of the Agency. He has over 15 years experience in health-related, special needs populations, and special needs education fields, as well as managing people. Kojo’s vast professional experience, include working as a Consultant at a Medical Group, Consultant at a State Department of Health Special Needs Programs, and County Office of Special Education.
Mary Sekyi-Appiah, MBA
Mary is the Alternate Administrator. She has great experience in managing office and people. She also has experience in working as a non-medical home caregiver. Mary has over 18 years experience managing a team of analysts in quality assurance, and regulating privately owned utility companies to provide services to diverse clients, consumers, families, and communities.
Esi Asamoah, RN, BSN
Esi is the nurse consultant. She has over 10 years professional experience in providing care and support to acute, mental, and disabled patients and families. She will oversee work related to assessment, care, advocacy, communication, record-keeping, and collaboration to enhance care.
Efua Sekyi-Appiah, PharmD
Efua is the pharmacy consultant. She has over 3 years experience in providing quality patient care and dispensing medications. She will oversee supplies, safety & compliance of medications, advise clients, collaborate with providers, maintain records, analyze trends, provide information
